Each person employed either directly or as a sub-contractor (in the case of tradesmen) has been subject to a thorough selection and vetting procedure. We ensure that our staff are properly encouraged, trained and remunerated, this means that we are lucky in having no shortage of potential employees. The Managing Director personally interviews each potential candidate and all references are checked together with passport, immigration and criminal records (as appropriate). We know that our business succeeds when we provide high quality, professional and committed staff.
